I bought this to go with my medela breat pump (great pump by the way). This greatly relieved soreness in my breasts and allowed me to pump both breasts at the same time which saved time. I did feel a bit like a milk factory though..

I did not get enough suction when using this kit. Just a waist of money in my opinion.

I bought this kit because I thought it would be easier than using the Easy Exressions halter (which works great by the way). The halter pulls over your head and you have to remove your shirt to put it on (I didn't know that they made a zip-up bustier!)
Unfortunately fiddling with rubber bands and hooks on the Medela Pumping Free kit takes more time than removing your shirt and pulling the halter over your head. Then when you finally get the things attached they don't sit right and you have to fiddle with them during the whole pumping session anyway. Who has time for that?

I was so excited to pump hands free - but close inspection of the box revealed that it only works with Beautiful Beginnings style bra - BOGUS! You need a bunch of loops in your bra, and none of my other Medela bras or otherwise have them - make sure you have the right bra FIRST!

This is decidedly low-tech, and barely functional. There are many restrictions on its use too - only works with certain Medela nursing bras, and barely works with the larger breastshields (27mm or 30mm). It feels extremely wobbly, and sometimes you have to mess around with the elastic bands to get a good seal. Also, you will need to keep detaching and re-attaching the two lower rubber bands in order to wash your nursing bra, or if you have multiple medela bras you use. Its a lot of hassle, and I would suggest buying the Easy Expression Bustier Hands-free Pumping Bra - Medium instead. It works with any bra, any size breastshields, no fiddling with rubber bands, and it works perfectly every time. Since I bought the bustier I haven't touched this ridiculous kit.
