This makes pumping soooo much easier! I can actually have my hands free to comfort my baby, read, play on the computer, change the channel on the TV.... instead of just sitting there for 20-25 minutes 6 times a day, holding the suction cups in place, unable to do anything else. My one recommendation is that if you're deciding between two sizes, go with the smaller size. Also, go by your bra size, not your shirt size. If the bra is too big, you'll have problems with leakage. You want it to be snug to get good suction and not have the cups moving around. I wish I had gotten this right after my daughter was born, instead of when she was almost 2 months old. It definitely makes pumping more bearable and I probably would have been tempted to give up by now if it weren't for this product.

I hate to say it but, this product does not work very well. It does not hold the pumps in place, it is not worth the money.
