The PIS Advanced works great. The only issue I have ever come up with is that they don't give great instructions/information about how you may not fit the medium shields that are included with the pump. Many, many people reccomend going out and buying the next size up to increase their output.

After agonizing over purchasing a pump, I settled on this one and am so very pleased. I used a Medela Symphony rental for two months and was convinced any public model would be inferior, but boy was I wrong. This pump is so much better. It is very lightweight and portable. It has great suction and actually pumps more milk, faster than my hospital grade pump. The all in one bag is really convenient to cart all my supplies to work and my milk home. Do some research to find a good price online. If you are planning on pumping for more than a couple of months, this is a great investment!

I have been using my Medela breastpump for a month now (about once a day), and I am very pleased with it. It has lived up to all my expectations so far, and I am looking forward to using it when I go back to school as well. I read in other reviews that it sometimes develops moisture/fogging in the tubes and this has happened to me too. However, it is not something that impairs the function of the pump at all, and it shouldn't prevent anyone from buying a Medela pump.

Medela Pump in Style Advanced Breast Pump with Shoulder Bag A video review could have shown you how easy the pump was to use - however, my daughter would not agree to it!! She researched pumps and talked to other mothers before she requested this one for her first child and found that this was the best. After using it for a few weeks, she is satisfied that this is the best and easiest to use.
