"Made my boobies itch like crazy" 2009-08-22
By Laurie Miller (Seattle, WA)
I hated these pads and had to return them. They made my boobies itch like crazy and the adhesive would never keep the pad in place. I found myself adjusting them several times an hour as they shifted around. I like the Medela washable cotton pads much better. They are a little more expensive but are reusable. They don't make my boobies itch either!

"Great Absorbency; Weird Chemical Smell" 2009-08-04

These pads are very absorbent and quite discreet under clothing. I would probably prefer these over the Lansinoh pads if they didn't produce a weird chemical smell when milk touches them.

 "Not the best pads" 2009-01-20
By M. Tran (SF, CA)
I have tried Lansinoh, Medela, Johnson & Johnson, and Playtex nursing pads. The Lansinoh are best overall: great absorbancy, nice countoured shape, and good adhesive that stays in place without bunching up. J&J were also great, but I'd recommend them to women who size A or B since they are smaller in size. Playtex has great absorbancy but they are not at all countoured so they bulge unless you have the perfect bra that will hide a huge bulge. Medela are super thin, therefore much less absorbant, and also the core gets bunched up inside the outer lining so they are almost impossible to unbunch between feedings. The adhesive stinks too, so they don't stay in place too long. So overall I recommend J&J to smaller women (cup A or B), and the Lansinoh to larger women (cup C and above).

 "Best Pads" 2008-01-16
By N. Gianunzio (Gilbert, AZ)
These pads have been great for me. With my first baby, I used washable pads which were very obvious under clothing and did not prevent my shirt from getting wet during let down. My baby and I both got thrush several times because of the dampness. I have a four month old now, and opted to go the disposable route. These pads cover very well, and the absorbency power is amazing. I agree with other reviews, that the pads do not stick to the bra very well ... but I don't even bother with the stickies. I just make sure to position the pad well after nursing, and it stays in place on it's own. Best part - no thrush this time! I go through about a box a month. Money well spent :)

 "Best choice" 2008-01-11
By Anamaria M. De Assis (Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro Brazil)
I tried Lansinoh, Avent, Johnson and Medela pads... Medela was by far the best. They all hold the milk well (and I always had a lot, A LOT!) Why is the best? Is the only one I used that was really discret
